In my profession as glass artist my attitude is based on a desire for color and form and a strong desire to see how far I can stretch my expression . Typical for my work is that they are composed of several separate parts. This method has given me the opportunity to work freely with both formats and forms. My work has three main thrusts:
Classical: Is magnificent objects which have their inspiration from Gustavian to Art Nouveau. These chandeliers, sconces and objects relate myself to slide their own intrinsic value, which charge expensive and prestigious.
Nature: Nature has always had a place in me. It contains the power and beauty but can also give us a sense of being unpredictable and intimidating. These objects have their inspiration from nature both above and below sea level.
Of nature: I am working on the idea of collecting and preserving. Here are the cages and baskets, made out of shapes taken from my natural objects, but also installs directly into the wild.
I was educated at Konstfack, Ceramics and Glass, Stockholm, 89-95, KV Art School in Gothenburg 88-89, School of Glass Orrefors 85, courses in art and glass schools in Sweden, England and USA. Has been assistent to glass artist Helen Gibson in Gothenburg and designers Kjell Engman and Monica Backström, Kosta Boda.

I work in my own studio / glass hot shop in Kivik, Sweden. Have exhibitions continuously released in Sweden and abroad. Have made decoration assignments for both municipalities, counties and private. Include representation at the National Museum and Röhsska Museum. Has received several fellowships. Have made design assignments for Rejmyre glassworks. Have been an expert for the National Public Art.
