Teaching structure

The course is run in close collaboration with Department of Business Administration at School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg and the education and research centre Business & Design Lab. Teaching is conducted in various ways: lectures, literary studies, seminars, study visits, observations and practical work.

The programme mainly rely on Problem Based Learning, dealing with questions and problems using relevant knowledge. Projects are supervised but the students are largely responsible for their own study. This specifically applies to projects carried out together with companies and organisations outside the school, where we sign agreements about what input is expected from the individual parties.

The programme is based on working in groups with other students, which requires excellent attendance and willingness for interdisciplinary work. An exam is taken for each module and marked with either Pass or Fail. How the examination is organised vary and are set out according to the set syllabus for the respective courses.
