Application & entry requirements
Child Culture Design is aimed at those who are professionally active designers and also at those who have recently finished their design studies at basic level and want to advance and extend their knowledge and skills.
Entry requirements
You are eligible for the programme if you have successfully completed a
Bachelor’s programme of 180 credits in a
design-related subject and can prove proficiency in English (English
course B). Read more about English language test and other documents

Apart from the formal criteria of eligibility, selection of applicants is made by the evaluation of the applicant’s portfolio.
Next application period for admissions to the academic year 2013/14 will open in the beginning of December 2012 and the deadine will be January 15, 2013.
The Application deadline for admissions to the academic year 2012/2013 was January 16, 2012.
The application is made in two steps.
- First you have to register on-line at www.universityadmissions.se. and submit required documentation to support your application.
- After registration, you have to submit a digital portfolio. Please notice that we will only accept digital portfolios from now on. You should upload your portfolio on our web-portal DAP - Digital Application Portfolio. You will find instructions about the application, portfolio and a userguide for DAP to the right hand on this side. If you have problems to open the the pdf, please save it on your computer before you open. Make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader installed. You may install Acrobat Reader for free.
Selection
Applicants will be selected after evaluation of the materials handed in.
Interviews are conducted if considered necessary in order to make a
correct evaluation. The portfolio should give a view of your artistic
work and your design skills. A lot of emphasis is put on your ability to
work independently and in groups, the ability to run design projects
and to clearly communicate account for process and findings.
Unfortunately, we cannot give any early notice of eligibility. We will
not evaluate any documents or portfolios beforehand, we can only
encourage you to apply correctly, since all evaluation takes place after
you have registered and after the application deadline.
Tuition fees and scholarships
Tuition fee, for citizens from outside of the EU/EEA and Switzerland, is 192 500 SEK/academic year
