Frequently asked questions, FAQ
Here, we have put together frequently asked questions and answers about the Alumni Activity and the database. Have you read this page, but still haven't found the information you were looking for? Please contact us at: alumn@hdk.gu.se
What does the word alumni mean?
Alumni is a word used to describe a former student from an educational programme.
Who is regarded being an alumni at HDK?
Have you studied at a HDK programme you'll automatically be called an alumni. This is, however, not the case if you have been at HDK for a shorter period: as an exchange student or has studied an independent course.
To be able to get the HDK alumni information and network with other HDK alumni you need to register in the alumni database of the University of Gothenburg.
Why a joint database for the whole of University of Gothenburg?
HDK is a part of the University of Gothenburg, GU, which opens up the possibility for you to search for and network with alumni within the whole of GU - not only those from HDK. Together with our colleagues we can further develop the database to make it as functional as possible. Do you have suggestions for improving the alumni database?
Please contact:
karin.lidberg@gu.se , who is the central GU administrator.
