More of me

– Ett glasögonprojekt

“More of me” är en glasögonkollektion i titan som ger brukaren möjlighet att skräddarsy sin glasögonbåge genom ett modulkoncept. Modulen finns med olika ytfinish så som träfanér, textil och titan. Bågkombinationen kan förändras allt efter humör eller tillfälle. Detta för att ha valfriheten att kommunicera vem man är eller bara matcha med dagens outfit. Modulkonceptet minskar risken att möta andra som har exakt samma bågkombination.
Produkten är en hyllning till asymmetri som är en naturlig del av människors utseende. Asymmetri ger värme, charm och unicitet till en persons yttre. Utan att applicera en modul har bågen fortfarande en stark karaktär och designen siktar på en lång livslängd genom kombinationen personlig och föränderlig. Projektet är gjort i samarbete med Sceye AB.

“More of me” is an eyewear collection made in titan aiming to give the consumer the possibility to customize their eyewear through a module concept. It can be modified depending on mood or occasion. The modules come in different surfaces such as wood, textile and titan. This allows them to communicate who they are or just match the outfit of the day. It also reduces the risk of others wearing the exact same combination eyewear.
The product is a tribute to asymmetry which is a natural part of people’s individual appearance. Asymmetry gives warmth, charm and uniqueness in a persons appearance.  Without customizing the eyewear with a module it still has a strong character and the design aims for a long life length through a combination of being personal and changeable. The project is made in collaboration with Sceye AB.
